When you think about how your organization can improve do you start with you? The reality is most people and more organizations place blame and make counter-accusations. Human nature. Don't be defensive. Look at yourself and ask what do I need to do better to make this family, team, society better?

People want feedback. No, they don't. They want to do know where they stand. They want to know they add value to the world. They want to know know what the future looks like.

Each day wake up with a simple goal. Be better today than yesterday. 1%. That is all. A better father, mother, husband, wife, brother, sister, friend, leader, colleague, volunteer, and member of society. Don't worry about tomorrow because there is no guarantee we will see it and it opens the door for procrastination. Look in the rearview mirror at yesterday and focus on today. Imagine a world where everyone committed to being just a little better and put the person to their right and left before themselves.

Leadership = Sacrifice.
