Leaders: Help People Win

Here is what leaders do:

The core responsibility of a leader is to help others win. Leadership, by that definition, is a selfless service.

If we are unable to help you win with his organization, and you are directly affecting the ability of others to win then I need to make a hard decision. That decision has to be based on love. And caring. We make the hard decision because we sincerely care about your fate and that of the organization.

If we can't help you win here we need to help you make the transition to somewhere where you can win. That may be in this organization or another. Either way, it's okay, so long as you can win.

This is what you are supposed to do. Everyday. Sometimes you get it right. Sometimes you don't. But every day is a new start and you will be better today than you were yesterday. BTTY.
